Most of our trainings are held at a client agency's location.  In recent years, we have simplified our training costs to both make it easier to bill, and to communicate to others.

To have us do a three day training, which is normally the longest training we do, including travel and materials is $5,000.  This covers all our costs in most cases.  In some instances, such as in Los Angeles and other high cost western states, we need to raise this cost by $200 to $5200 to cover extra travel costs.

To have us do a two day training is $3650, again, including all travel and materials, with the exceptions noted above.

To have us do a one day training is $2250, also including all travel and materials , with the exceptions noted above.

Obviously, it is more cost effective to do longer training.  This training is based on $1250 per trainer day plus expenses, and the costs for air travel stays constant across our contracts.   In most cases, we recommend at least two day training schedules when we travel.

On occasion, we contract to do trainings lasting longer than three days, and those are priced individually.
